Key Fob Order Form
Complete and submit the following form to order your pool/gym access fob. There will be a $25 per fob charge added to your account.
By submitting this form, residents acknowledge and agree to abide by the rules and regulations of Northlake. Residents understand that any violation of these rules may result in the deactivation of their key fob and the loss of pool privileges. Residents are strictly prohibited from lending or allowing others to use their key fob. It is required that residents be present and remain present whenever their key fob is utilized. Each unit is permitted a maximum of four (4) guests. All children under the age of seventeen (17) must be supervised by an adult resident. Additionally, all individuals, including children and adults, must be toilet trained to access the pool area. The use of diapers, swim diapers, or naked bottoms in the pool is strictly prohibited. Glass items are not permitted in the pool area, and hanging on the rope is prohibited. Diving, running, jumping, screaming, playing loud music, and splashing are also prohibited.
