Important Notice: Pool Fob Access Suspended
Effective immediately, all pool fobs at Northlake Condominiums have been suspended. To regain access, all residents must read and agree to the Pool Rules & Regulations by submitting the form below.
Failure to complete the form will result in continued suspension of your pool fob. This measure ensures all residents understand and comply with the community’s pool guidelines for a safe and enjoyable environment.
Please review the rules and submit the form as soon as possible to restore your access.
Article 30.0: Pool Rules and Regulations
Section 30.1: Pool Access
30.1.1: Pool Passes and Fobs
Pool passes are required to use the pool.
Pool fobs must be purchased through the office for $25.00.
Lost key fobs can be replaced for $25.00.
30.1.2: No Lifeguard on Duty
All Residents and Guests use the pool and pool area at their own risk.
The management and Condominium Association assume no responsibility for accidents or injuries.
30.1.3: Supervision
All individuals under the age of eighteen (18) must be accompanied by someone eighteen (18) or older who is a Resident.
Section 30.2: Health and Safety Rules
30.2.1: Prohibited Activities and Conditions
No glass containers are allowed within the pool area.
No person under the influence of alcohol or drugs may use the pool.
Anyone with communicable diseases, skin, eye, ear, nasal troubles, or open sores may not use the pool.
No spitting, spouting water, or blowing your nose in the pool.
30.2.2: Proper Attire
Swimsuits are required; cut-offs, jeans, and other street clothes are not permitted.
All individuals must shower before entering the pool to remove suntan lotions or oils.
30.2.3: Behavioral Restrictions
No running, pushing, shoving, rough games, horseplay, jumping, splashing, or diving.
No foul language or public displays of affection.
Smoking is prohibited in the pool area and the Clubhouse.
Section 30.3: Pool Equipment and Pets
30.3.1: Allowed Equipment
Only "swimmies" designed for safety are allowed.
30.3.2: Prohibited Items
No floats are allowed for use in the Condominium pool. (This includes pool noodles)
Pets are not allowed in the pool area.
Diapers are not permitted in the pool.
Section 30.4: Food, Music, and Cleanliness
30.4.1: Food and Trash
Food is allowed only in designated areas.
Place all trash in garbage containers to maintain cleanliness.
30.4.2: Radios and Music
Radios and other sound equipment must be played at low volumes to avoid disturbing others.
Section 30.5: Guest Policies
30.5.1: All Guests Must
Be accompanied by a Resident.
A maximum of four (4) people per unit, including residents and their guests, are allowed at the pool at any given time.
Section 30.6: Pool Privileges and Violations
30.6.1: Key Fob Requirement
Key Fobs are required to enter the pool area.
30.6.2: Key Fob Sharing
Sharing of key fobs is prohibited. Violators will have their code removed, and pool privileges will be suspended for the remainder of the season.
30.6.3: Allowing Entrance
No allowing entry into the pool area to individuals who do not have a pool fob.
30.6.4: Vandalism
Acts of vandalism will result in immediate revocation of pool privileges.
30.6.5: Loss of Privileges for Nonpayment or Violations
Nonpayment of regime assessments, special assessments, or fines will result in temporary loss of pool privileges.
Only the Condominium BOD may reinstate pool privileges.
30.6.6: Enforcement
Violations of the pool rules will result in a fine of $25.00 per occurrence and may include suspension of pool privileges.
Fines will double per occurrence thereafter.
30.6.7: Damage Responsibility
Any damages to the pool area caused by violations will be charged to the Owner’s Unit.
Northlake Condominiums Pool Access Agreement
By completing and submitting this form, I, the listed owner/resident, acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to comply with the Northlake Condominiums Pool Rules & Regulations. I further agree to ensure that any guests or occupants, under my responsibility also adhere to these rules.
I understand that any violation of the Pool Rules & Regulations by myself, my guests, or any occupants of my unit will result in immediate enforcement action without prior warning. Such enforcement may include, but is not limited to:
The issuance of a fine in accordance with the community’s enforcement policies.
The suspension or permanent revocation of my pool fob access.
I acknowledge that failure to comply with the rules is considered a violation of Northlake Condominiums’ governing documents and may result in further action by the Association as deemed necessary.
